How does the liability waiver work?
A standard waiver and release of liability is required for all participants. A parent or guardian must complete a liability release for persons under 19 years of age.
Do you require a damage deposit? What is the security deposit for?
Due to the nature of off-roading, we require damage deposits to be taken by guests prior to the departure. Guests must bring a valid credit card to their tour.
You are liable for the full cost of repairs/ replacements of machine as these machines are not insured. You will be required to fill out our Damage Disclosure Form upon arrival before you take the UTV, SXS, RZR, Ranger, Helmet, or Equipment.
How old do you have to be to drive the UTV?
If you want to drive a UTV, you must be at least 19 with a valid driver license.
What is the minimum age requirement to be a passenger?
We do not have a minimum age requirement; however, children must be able to sit safely in a seat-belt, or have a car-seat that extends above the child’s head. Most car-seats can be installed in our UTVs. While we have no minimum age, for a child to ride in our UTV’s they must be able to safely wear a helmet and be safely buckled into the seat. Please contact us to verify that your child/children can safely ride with us.
Do I need to have experience driving a UTV or driving off road?
No experience necessary, our UTV’s are very easy to learn and drive. All guests are given a vehicle orientation and a familiarization period driving the UTV.

Yes. Everyone is required by law to wear a helmet.
